LAKE LOUISE FROM MT. FAIRVIEW SUMMIT

A night on Mt. Fairview above Lake Louise. Strong winds sounding like the Cry of the Banshees swept over Mt. Victoria as it made its way towards our bivy, finally hitting and lifting our tent every couple of minutes. Lack of sleep while expecting a sudden lift off was not fun but the light show in the morning was surreal and magnificent.
